Behind the Design:
Challenging Courses for the FIFG Euro Championship

Two months ago, a team of FootGolf course design experts—Paul Bolton, Tomas Bartko, Aleks Kravanja, and Daniel Gablovsky came together in Belek to craft three exceptional courses for the Euro Championship. Their mission? To create courses that not only challenge the skills of the world’s best players but also set a benchmark FIFG course design standards.

The design process involved meticulous planning, site visits, and strategic adjustments to ensure the courses tested players' technical abilities, strategic thinking, and adaptability. Each course features a blend of terrains, from open fairways to tricky obstacles, ensuring every hole demands a mix of precision and creativity.
"Our aim was to create courses that elevate the competitive spirit while delivering an unforgettable experience for players and spectators alike," says Aleksander Kravanja. By adhering to the latest FIFG standards, the team has ensured these courses meet the highest level of professionalism and quality.

Whether you're competing or watching, these courses promise to be a highlight of the championship. Now it is up to the Greenkeeping team to make it happen.
